About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customers, ensuring their needs are met with our high-quality products and services. You will be responsible for presenting and selling our products, managing customer accounts, preparing quotes, and processing purchase orders.

Requirements

Experience with purchase orders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Knowledge of customer service processes and operational methods.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple job functions simultaneously.
Capability to work independently and establish priorities with minimal supervision.
Good organizational skills.
Professional appearance and positive company image.
Excellent interpersonal and human interaction skills.
Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Nice To Haves

2-3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in inbound calls, order entry, and data entry.

Responsibilities

Present and sell company products to current and potential customers.
Establish new customer accounts and obtain customer profiles.
Prepare quotes, send, and maintain files.
Process customer purchase orders.
Provide drawings and other forms of product media to assist customers.
Develop and maintain product knowledge.
Generate new prices utilizing price method tools.
Enter new product part numbers, pricing, and delivery details.
Regularly exercise independent discretion and judgment on matters of significance.
Coordinate customer requirements with other cross-functional departments.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Other duties as assigned.
