About The Position

Inside Sales Reps are the key contact for our customers when making rentals. ISRs communicate with customers to identify needs, collect deposits and payments, schedule rentals and complete contracts. ISRs also assist with making the showroom presentable and clean, as well as assisting other staff in the yard and the shop. If you are excited to help customers find the right tool for the job, this can be a great position for you.

Requirements

Qualified Candidates should have a minimum of two years’ experience in a construction or equipment-related environment
Qualified candiddates should have a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

Works heavily on the phone with customers to generate rentals and assist them in other business needs
Responsible for assisting fellow sales representatives with all rental coordination efforts
Supporting our customers by opening and closing rental contracts
Coordination and dispatching of drivers for deliveries and pick-ups
First line of support for excellent customer service
Understand and inquire with customers about their projects to meet their needs
Support other staff in the showroom and in the yard as needed
