About The Position

We are seeking an inside sales representative, highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a customer service representative. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients in a timely and efficient manner. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required
Fencing experience
Computer skills
Able to work weekends (Saturday)

Responsibilities

Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner
Providing accurate and comprehensive information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and diplomatic manner
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
Continuously improving knowledge of company products, services, and policies to better assist customers
