Inside Sales Representative
About The Position
We’re looking for a self‑motivated, customer‑focused Inside Sales Specialist to support our respected brands across our Michigan market. In this role, you’ll help recover stalled revenue, strengthen customer relationships, and convert unsold estimates into booked jobs. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy engaging with customers by phone, and take pride in doing what’s right, this role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact every day while supporting trusted service brands. This role offers a base salary of $40,000, with a total earnings target of up to $120,000, based on achieving performance goals and expectations through commissions and incentives.
Requirements
- Experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related revenue‑generating role.
- Strong phone communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally.
- Ability to handle objections and guide customers toward informed decisions.
- Proficiency with CRM or field‑service management tools (ServiceTitan experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow structured processes, and meet deadlines.
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting home services, skilled trades, or field‑service organizations.
- Familiarity with financing options and how to present them clearly to customers.
- Prior experience working with automated outreach tools (e.g., Hatch).
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding inside sales or revenue targets.
- Experience supporting multi‑location or multi‑market operations.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on unsold estimates for Michigan customers through timely, phone‑first outreach to re‑engage customers and revive stalled opportunities.
- Re‑engage customers with confidence, address objections, and present clear repair or replacement options
- Convert approved estimates in ServiceTitan, book jobs, collect deposits when required, and ensure all customer interactions are accurately documented.
- Coordinate seamless handoffs with field teams while adhering to standardized Inside Sales processes and operating principles.
- Meet or exceed revenue goals, outreach activity expectations, and Inside Sales performance metrics through consistent, high‑quality follow‑up.
- Act with integrity by providing honest guidance, respectful communication, and decisions that build trust and long‑term customer relationships.
