About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, generating new sales opportunities, and supporting our HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing service divisions. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with customers, technicians, and the operations team to provide solutions, schedule services, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online requests.
• Qualify leads and convert them into service calls, estimates, or booked jobs.
• Provide customers with information on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services.
• Generate and follow up on sales quotes and service proposals.
• Coordinate with field technicians and dispatch to ensure accurate scheduling.
• Maintain customer information and track opportunities in the CRM system.
• Proactively follow up with past customers to generate additional sales and service opportunities.
• Assist with promotions, maintenance plans, and service agreements.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and booking targets.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism in every interaction.
