Your primary responsibilities include driving sales of the Procedural OR product line to new and existing customers both virtually and sometimes in-person. Your goal is to meet or exceed individual and team sales objectives and annual sales quotas. This is a hybrid role candidates must be based out of one of the following state/cities: Vernon Hills, IL or Northern Suburbs of Chicago. "Must be willing to consider future relocation opportunities for growth into field sales in various markets around the country."

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Open to future growth opportunities and relocation to outside field sales in various markets across the country
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 15%
  • Must be able to be compliant with hospital/customer credentialing requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage, prospect, and build relationships within an assigned territory to increase revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive sales of medical supplies and devices that have a medium length sales cycle and existing account penetration.
  • Manage sales pipeline and monthly business forecasting.
  • Present quarterly business updates to business unit executive leadership team.
  • Attend national sales meetings and conferences.
