About The Position

Uncapped earnings and a fun, unique product to represent that helps thousands of people feel more welcomed and informed. As a National Sales Development Executive, we want you to be hunting for new opportunities instead of being bogged down with account management, RFPs, and non-sales activities. You will learn about our product, obtain phone appointments, lead virtual demos, and receive leads from tradeshows. A tech-savvy individual who is also high energy, persistent, personable, and has a powerful sense of urgency to succeed would do well in our organization. We will equip you with all the materials and resources necessary to be successful. This position offers vast potential growth in a wide-open market, and we want you to reach your maximum potential Advantage Design Group is the largest provider of online orientations in the country! We design online video-rich and interactive virtual orientations. We also have an exciting solution for recruiting that is ideal for recruiting fairs, digital ads, and email. We invest in digital advertising, hosting monthly webinars and multiple regional and national trade shows to generate leads for you. We will offer as much training and support as is needed, but your earning potential is limitless if you're a determined self-starter. Also, unlike most products, we have only two competitors, and the competitors are far smaller with an inferior solution, which means you should win most deals even when prospects want to research the competition.

Requirements

  • The ability to make outbound phone calls to secure demos and close sales.

  • Consultative approach to recommend the best solution
  • Quick learner and fast worker
  • Enthusiasm, good work ethic, honesty, and a positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to close large ticket item accounts
  • College Degree
  • Strong people skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with close attention to detail
