About The Position

In the Inside Sales Representative position, you will contact company-generated leads using various methods and work on closing those leads by guiding prospective clients through the sales process, presenting solutions, and negotiating contracts to meet sales targets. You will expand the company through these efforts and provide strategic sales recommendations to meet new customers' needs We are looking for motivated sales representatives to join our Inside Sales team at our Corporate Office in Orem, UT. This is an in-office position only! Saela is looking to continue growing and expanding our team while creating long-term opportunities for growth and advancement. Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills (required)
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of sales experience (preferred)
  • Pest control knowledge and experience using FieldRoutes (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Contact company-generated leads using various methods
  • Guide prospective clients through the sales process
  • Present solutions
  • Negotiate contracts to meet sales targets
  • Expand the company through sales efforts
  • Provide strategic sales recommendations
  • Receive inbound calls from company-generated leads and provide strategic recommendations
  • Support and collaborate with potential customers to find solutions to their pest control needs and build value in Saela's services
  • Follow up with leads as necessary using various platforms
  • Receive weekly mentoring from senior sales representatives and managers to support you in developing your sales skills and achieving your career and personal goals.
