About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by proactively generating new business, managing inbound and outbound communications, and promoting the company’s full range of products and services. This role focuses on high-volume phone and email outreach, strategic prospecting, virtual presentations, and account management to build long-term customer relationships and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Relevant industry background gained from a competitor or company in a related industry.
  • Proven track record of building business and hitting sales targets.
  • Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
  • Ability to conduct virtual presentations and product demos.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable using phone, email, and other digital communication tools for sales outreach.
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (AllyPro preferred) and data entry.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Prospecting/Cold Calling/ Referral generation
  • Proven track record of building business and hitting sales targets.
  • Strong PC proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.)
  • Customer care and sales experience, including customer relationship development and referral generation.
  • Teamwork with all sales channels and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Heavy emphasis on targeted outbound calls, cold calling companies within the territory, and establishing needs.
  • Build and maintain the business within the territory using a variety of sales techniques.
  • Contact potential customers and create long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations on the company’s product line in response to the unique needs of each customer company’s product line in response to each customer’s individual needs.
  • take daily calls and manage to completion as well as manage emails effectively.
  • Coordinate with Various departments within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion.
  • Follow up on sales leads generated by partners and other sources.
  • Document sales activities, leverage business intelligence through CRM platform, and know the critical steps of projects and project management, contracts, and applicable data entry. Produce quotes and orders through AllyPro.
  • Cold call into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources and outbound calls to support campaigns and initiatives and create target prospects lists and penetrate critical accounts.
  • Contact potential customers and build long-term partnerships. Sell all product offerings available in Texas, New York, and Florida.
  • Event focus on multiple areas/states.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations on the company’s product line in response to the unique needs of each customer, as applicable.
  • Engage current users to expands awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence.
  • Work to revenue targets and KPI’s as set by Rentals To Go.
  • Set appointments for the sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage.
  • Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification in CRM application while ensuring customer needs are met while following through the sales process.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Rentals To Go.
