About The Position

Power Temp Systems is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Houston team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building client relationships, and is driven to generate revenue through consultative sales.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Industrial, manufacturing, or electrical equipment experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide outstanding service while selling products and solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identify customer needs and deliver customized solutions that add value
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting and follow-up
  • Support Outside Sales efforts and collaborate with internal teams
  • Work closely with Purchasing, Shipping & Receiving, and Operations to ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and maintain accurate customer records
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
  • Assist with inventory coordination and basic project management
