About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative supports regional, independent, and mid-tier accounts through proactive selling, account management, and disciplined execution. This role partners closely with external Sales Representatives, Sales Executives, and cross-functional teams to drive consistent account growth and ensure accurate execution of sales programs. This position plays a critical role in maintaining customer communication, managing order flow, supporting promotions, and identifying incremental growth opportunities within assigned accounts. Annual revenue responsibility varies by territory, channel, and level.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned independent, regional, and mid-tier accounts
  • Drive order generation and repeat business through proactive outreach
  • Support execution of promotions, new item introductions, and assortment updates
  • Process orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment
  • Maintain CRM systems and opportunity tracking with accuracy and consistency
  • Coordinate cross-functionally (Category, Project Management, Operations, Marketing, E-commerce) to ensure seamless execution
  • Communicate pricing updates, program changes, and promotional activity to customers
  • Provide competitive and market feedback to leadership
  • Support forecasting efforts and inventory planning discussions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and customer requirements
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support operational integrity
