Requirements

1+ years of inside sales, tele-sales, or B2B customer service (Waste, Construction, Logistics, or Industrial sales preferred)
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
Excellent communicator — persuasive, energetic, and confident on the phone
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Zoom/Teams, and CRMs
High school diploma or GED (college a plus)

Responsibilities

Manage Inbound & Outbound Sales: Engage customers through calls, emails, and digital channels to win new business.
