Our Inbound Sales Representatives are responsible for generating sales by effectively handling inbound and outbound order, quote, and product inquiries, and closing proposals. You will also make outbound prospecting calls to achieve revenue targets. Customers look to you for help finding the best products for their physical education, early childhood, fitness or school activity programs. You will ensure corporate and individual sales goals are achieved by becoming a product expert and guiding customers to the best product solutions for their unique needs. This position has incorporated a career progression for advancement.

Requirements

  • College degree in business administration, education, or related field from an accredited university/college, preferred; and/or relevant work experience
  • A lifestyle or educational background that is aligned with the company’s mission statement “To help teachers and coaches show kids how to have fun and become healthier through physical activity”
  • NetSuite and/or CRM experience preferred but not required
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications and a Windows Operating System

Responsibilities

  • Sales profit goals: Through successful execution of all sales plans and activities assigned
  • Repeatable sales process and project proposals: Through assigned processes defined by the sales operating system
  • Identify and progress opportunities: Document sales activities in CRM, and close sales to defined standards
  • Process, product, and in-market presentation training: Completion of assigned training
  • Quality Customer Interactions: Achieve sales quality and responsiveness standards
  • Operational Improvement: Complete assigned rocks, projects, and process optimization
