Inside Sales Representative The Opportunity Join Hitachi Energy as an Inside Sales Representative and play a key role in supporting projects that keep power flowing to homes, businesses, and critical infrastructure. In this role, you’ll work closely with account managers and customers to manage orders, track delivery timelines, and ensure accurate documentation for proposals and contracts. You’ll coordinate input from multiple product groups to develop bids, resolve inquiries, and maintain clear communication throughout the order lifecycle. Your ability to manage priorities across varied projects will help ensure timely responses and equitable solutions for customers. By supporting the execution of inside sales programs, you’ll contribute to the reliability and efficiency of power transmission and distribution systems—helping advance a sustainable energy future. This role will be based in the Mt. Pleasant/Greensburg, PA area. How You’ll Make an Impact Execute daily customer activities, including order entry, tracking, and timely response to inquiries.
