As an Inside Sales Representative at ePayPolicy, you will play a key role in driving growth by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating the value of our platform. You will manage the entire sales cycle for inbound leads and conduct targeted outreach to qualified prospects. Requirements

  • Proven inside sales expertise with a track record of consistently surpassing sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a high-performance team.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Google Suite preferred.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry or fintech sector is a distinct advantage.
  • Desire to exceed goals and achieve results; satisfaction derived from meeting deadlines and finishing projects.
  • Strong organization skills and a relentless attention to detail.
  • Rolls up their sleeves, responds quickly and decisively, is flexible and open to change, and is able to productively work with the team to achieve company objectives

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target high-value clients within the insurance industry, tailoring your approach to their specific needs.
  • Skillfully assess and qualify leads generated through diverse channels.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling and email outreach, to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of ePayPolicy's offerings to effectively convey their value to prospects.
  • Deliver compelling, customized sales presentations and product demonstrations to win over clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, offering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Take the lead in managing and optimizing the CRM system for precise lead tracking and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with clients to navigate their buying process, address objections, and execute successful deals.
  • Lead by example, sharing insights, strategies, and best practices to contribute to the team's overall success.
