The position of Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be responsible for providing rental and sales support to Territory Managers (TM), other business partners, as well as customers directly. The ISR will work cooperatively to develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships and help to achieve superior customer satisfaction with Custom Truck One Source (CTOS) customers. The key role of the ISR is to determine the best solution(s) for the customer, develop quotations, follow-up, enter the order and support the logistics through successful delivery to the customer. This is done with the support and guidance of the TM and other team members. Success in this role is based upon exceeding the sales quota for your team, growing existing customer business and building relationships with new customers.
