About The Position

Inside Sales provides technical assistance to customers and outside sales teams. The position is responsible for making product recommendations based on customer application; interpreting plant specifications; securing project take-offs; preparing quotations; tracking projects; processing orders; and many additional tasks as required that contribute to the improved efficiency of our customer base. This role involves developing a thorough technical understanding of products and applications to provide solutions and technical support to both the sales team and the customer base for daily requirements and project opportunities. It also includes assisting customers with material specification, take-off & selection, determining pricing and margins, preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring critical delivery dates are met, while working with procurement and finance departments as needed.
