The Inside Sales Representative supports the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service team in promoting sales, obtaining orders, and providing service to our customers. This role utilizes and continuously develops product and application knowledge and industry best practices to develop solutions to meet customer needs. It involves growing relationships with customers and suppliers, managing projects, receiving and entering orders, providing consistent and timely follow-up on customer inquiries, coordinating and expediting deliveries, processing returns, running daily reports, and resolving customer and order issues.
