Mixer Systems, Inc., located in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, is seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our Sales Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, technology, and people — helping keep sales operations running efficiently and customers informed.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using CRM tools (Zoho experience a plus).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analytics Maintains and updates sales tracking spreadsheets, including metrics such as deal closure rates, total quotes, unconverted quotes, year-to-date revenue, and time on the road.
  • Tracks merchandise inventory and prepare summaries for management review.
  • CRM Keeps clean, organized, and updated CRM data for accuracy and usability.
  • Troubleshoots CRM (Zoho) related issues for the sales team and assist with report generation.
  • Associations & Trade Shows Coordinates association events and related logistics for the sales team.
  • Assists with trade show approval documentation and event preparation.
  • Client Outreach Collaborates with Marketing to roll out campaigns and social media initiatives.
  • Conducts high-volume outbound calls and follow-up communications.
  • Supports the collection and reporting of outreach metrics (e.g., quarterly call status reports).
  • Internal Support Documents internal processes and maintains accurate records of action items.
  • Attends monthly sales meetings, takes notes, and assists with follow-up tasks.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
