We are an established, growing, employee-owned corporate housing provider looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to help us grow revenue, convert leads into bookings, and maximize every opportunity that comes through the door. This role is perfect for someone who is competitive, organized, and energized by commission and results. What You’ll Do As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be at the center of our revenue engine: Convert inbound portal, internal, website, and phone leads into booked corporate housing stays Research and match clients with high-quality furnished housing options that meet their needs, budgets, and timelines Present options via email, portals, and phone with confidence and urgency Overcome objections and close deals Upsell add-on services such as housekeeping and additional furnishings to increase commissions Manage reservations and sales activity in HubSpot, Oscar, and Microsoft Outlook Work within multiple client portals to upload properties, images, and offerings Track and report monthly sales and commissions Assist with collections on commissionable sales when needed What We’re Looking For We want someone who brings energy, grit, and a strong desire to earn:
