Job Description: The Inside Sales Representative is a critical team member in our sales organization, providing a best-in-class experience for potential resident families as they begin the process to find an appropriate senior living community. The Inside Sales Representative must be seen as a Trusted Advisor and help potential residents understand the process and understand the SSL options based on their needs. Inside Sales Representatives should have experience in the senior living space, working with potential resident families to place in appropriate senior living communities. The Inside Sales Representative needs a team-first attitude and approach and needs to work well with local Sales Directors and referral source organizations.
