Job Summary: The focus of the Point of Sales (POS) Inside Sales Representative is to work with ISV Partners and Sales Partners (Sales Partners) to find, close and coordinate the merchant with the correct POS system in the NAB ecosphere to ensure the best experience. Through education of both the Agent and Merchant of the individual POS system features and the benefits of all POS systems listed in the NAB ecosphere, by the use of establish processes of consultation and demonstration of POS options that are available through NAB POS Department.

Requirements

  • Former POS sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 + years related experience.
  • Previous experience successfully managing to a revenue quota.
  • Track record of growing individual understand and/or experience with new technology

Responsibilities

  • Attend to & track all POS questions from Sales Partners & Merchants via email and/or phone
  • Schedule & perform POS consultation in conjunction with Sales Partner(s) needs
  • Create & track quotes for Sales Partners and/or Merchants
  • Create & track individual POS “Deal” contracts using established POS contact paperwork and Salesforce.
  • Assist Sales Partner(s) in understanding POS options and other solutions including gateways and PayAnywhere best fits that are all available through NAB
  • Assist in POS deployment throughput by following up with Sales Partners and/or Merchants
  • Assist in POS account cancellation save & retention
  • Assist in the POS sales experience and change the process as directed; to meet the expectations and experience of working with ISV Partners and Sales Partners
  • Meet and/or exceed all individual sales goals
