Inside Sales: Assisting DSM’s / OSM’s with finding new customers. Using cold calling, networking and market research Relationship building – Working with current distributors/OEM’s to build long standing relationships Understanding the business/customers to offer solutions and support Supports management / sales team to grow market share at existing and new customers Individual accountabilities Detailed oriented Drives results and deadline driven Communicates effectively Assisting management in planning and organizing Influence, negotiate and impact results Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables Self managed, team player who can work independently Shared accountabilities Monitor orders and processing Actively use/update the CRM when opportunities come into inside sales Customer advocate while prioritizing the company's strategies Key linkages & interfaces / most important stakeholders PTFP Leadership Team Distribution & OEM sales teams CSC Operation team Customer Solution team

Requirements

  • Experience in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience in Power Bi and report building
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce
  • Ability to up/cross sell all PTFP technologies
  • Detailed oriented
  • Drives results and deadline driven
  • Communicates effectively
  • Influence, negotiate and impact results
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
  • Self managed, team player who can work independently

Responsibilities

  • Assisting DSM’s / OSM’s with finding new customers. Using cold calling, networking and market research
  • Relationship building – Working with current distributors/OEM’s to build long standing relationships
  • Understanding the business/customers to offer solutions and support
  • Supports management / sales team to grow market share at existing and new customers
  • Assisting management in planning and organizing
  • Monitor orders and processing
  • Actively use/update the CRM when opportunities come into inside sales
  • Customer advocate while prioritizing the company's strategies
  • Service customer requests for quotes and orders received through multiple channels
  • Assist management in reporting – Building sales reports, dashboards
