Siegel Law Group, a respected and growing Estate Planning & Probate law firm , is seeking a client-focused Legal Sales Representative to serve as the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking legal guidance. This is not a high-pressure sales role . We are a mission-driven firm focused on helping clients plan for the future, protect their assets, and navigate probate with clarity and confidence. If you have experience selling legal or other high-trust professional services and value consultative, relationship-based sales, we’d love to meet you. This role allows you to turn your sales experience into meaningful work—helping clients take empowered steps toward peace of mind and legacy planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (law degree not required)
  • 2+ years of sales experience in legal services or other professional services (financial services, insurance, medical, or high-touch sales preferred)
  • Strong consultative, client-focused sales approach
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (Lawmatics, HubSpot, or similar platforms)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking estate planning or probate services
  • Conduct consultative conversations to understand client needs and explain how our legal services support their goals
  • Spend quality time with prospects (often up to one hour), building trust and providing clarity
  • Follow up with leads in a timely manner and maintain accurate notes in the CRM
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure a smooth transition from intake to legal services
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve lead quality and client engagement strategies
