This Inside Sales/Flex Sales Representative role combines proactive outbound prospecting with strategic inside account management for small- and medium-sized independent operators who prefer a lighter-touch, remote relationship model. This position is ideal for sales professionals who are highly motivated, self-directed, and skilled at balancing pipeline growth with maintaining strong customer relationships. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong sales acumen, instinct for the customer, proficiency with CRM (customer relationship management) tools, and the ability to drive both new and existing account performance from a centralized office environment.
