Inside Sales Representatives drive precast sales by managing new and established accounts through outreach, quoting, and order processing. They also serve as the vital link between Outside Sales and the Estimating Department, ensuring the estimating calendar and project coordination remain perfectly aligned to hit sales targets. Responsibilities Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong bonds with existing customers while proactively fielding inside sales inquiries. Data Analysis: Establish methodologies for tracking sales metrics and competitive capabilities to inform pricing strategies. Operations Support: Assist in generating and requesting material quotations and analyzing lead times to meet customer delivery expectations. Driving Revenue: Core responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline by following up on outstanding quotes, securing final sales, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. Leadership & Mentorship : Provide guidance to Inside Sales I and II teammates, including the formal review of their quotes and the development of departmental protocols and policies. All other duties as assigned.
