For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $20.14-$29.95. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an Inside Sales function or in a direct selling role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Customer Engagement tools).
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and CRM tools (Salesforce, Five9).
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations virtually.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support.
