The primary function of the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is to generate profitable sales of electrical supplies in the technical, wholesale, and manufacturing industries. The ISR is directly responsible for identifying customer needs to develop and sell solutions that maximize Shanor product offerings and services. The ISR fosters and develops relationships with our customers via phone and indirectly through our Outside Sales personnel. This position is also responsible for negotiating pricing, special incentives, managing customer relationships and assisting logistics for timely and accurate delivery of materials and products to our customers.
