About The Position

We’re seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Representative to manage inbound and outbound calls and convert qualified leads into scheduled appointments. You will engage prospects by phone, identify needs, address basic objections, and confidently schedule appointments. This position involves a high call volume (20–30+ calls per hour), accurate CRM documentation, and close coordination with the sales team to ensure quality handoffs. Ideal candidates: Demonstrate strong communication skills, comfort working toward performance metrics, reliability, and a willingness to follow proven processes while maintaining natural conversations. Prior inside sales, call center, or appointment-setting experience is preferred but not required.
