Import/Export Coordinator Duties include: Processes export and import inquires as per client requirements and procedures such as processing of discrepancies at acceptance preparation and finalization of outbound flights/trucks handling of import documentation (delivery, transfer, and abandoned shipment) Processes all Air Waybills and HAWBs and ensures accurate data capture as per client’s requirements and procedures Handles Special Cargo Initiates invoicing, accept cash payments Performs Service Recovery activities (i.e. tracing, warehouse checks, offloads Performs Airmail Handling Fully supports the quality standards Works according to documented CHM and GOM procedures Observes and applies the security requirements of the client and local authorities Contacts customers, inform them of any/all irregularities About Us: I.K. Requirements

  • Education: GED/High School desired
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access invoices, office machinery etc.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with customers to give instructions.
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information.
  • Must be Vaccinated
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States for any company without sponsorship.

Responsibilities
