Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or lead generation (preferred1–3 years)
  • Strong phone presence, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with demonstrated ability to build rapport and drive conversions
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Motivated, coachable, and eager to grow within a fast-paced company
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional in-person meetings
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required; college coursework or degree in business, communications, or related field is a plus
  • 1+ year of sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Effective time management and follow-up discipline
  • Comfortable using technology to document and track sales activities
  • Ability to listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads and outbound prospecting via phone, email, and CRM
  • Qualify prospects, perform needs assessments, and present appropriate HomePro solutions
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with production, field teams, and dispatch
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships focused on long-term satisfaction
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to support promotions and ensure smooth handoffs
  • Participate in team meetings and training to stay current on products, pricing, and processes
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the manager
