Traeger is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow relationships within an established territory. This role combines strategic account management with consultative sales, requiring someone who can build strong partnerships while driving business growth. Based in Salt Lake City, this position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic sales team in the outdoor cooking industry.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience or a bachelor's degree
  • Exceptional communication skills with confidence in phone-based relationship building
  • Strong analytical abilities for sales planning and territory management
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and Salesforce CRM
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Own and nurture a designated book of business within an established territory
  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts through regular communication and proactive service
  • Conduct virtual product knowledge clinics and merchandising consultations
  • Monitor and analyze territory performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Field Reps and Regional Sales Manager on strategic initiatives
  • Keep accounts informed of promotional schedules, new products, and seasonal offerings
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
  • Travel within territory (25%) to strengthen key relationships and support major initiatives
