Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Remote Sales experience
- Ambition to win right! We don't sacrifice relationships or ethics
- Confidence and efficiency in speaking over the phone with prospective customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computers and various software, including Microsoft Office and industry-specific programs
Nice To Haves
- Spanish fluency is a plus
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to our loyal customers to promote additional services.
- Answer inbound calls from potential new customers who are looking to improve the safety and enjoyment of their homes and yards.
- Assist them in solving their problems and advise on the best solutions.
- Acquire the necessary information to document sales and process payments.
- Open doors to new opportunities through referrals
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
