About The Position

Inside Sales / Rehash Phone Closer Pay: $100K + per year which includes hourly pay plus uncapped commission. Schedule: 10 AM - 7 PM with rotating weekend coverage Location: Raleigh, NC Full-time, year-round work Join ARS, the premier heating and cooling provider in the USA, now expanding its top-tier inside sales team. Build strong rapport with customers, understand their needs, and drive high conversion rates. Stay professional and sharp under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and gain product knowledge quickly to succeed. Qualifications What You Need: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to close sales deals Strong phone presence and confidence Prior sales recovery, or 2nd call close experience highly preferred Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced setting Must pass background check and drug screening Note: This posting outlines potential pay ranges and opportunities, which are not guaranteed and do not represent a formal offer.
