The Mission of This Role The mission of the Inside Sales Account Executive is to consistently create new business opportunities by initiating outbound conversations, developing quality pipeline, and progressing relationships using a structured sales framework. This role is designed to build discipline, skill, and consistency before autonomy. It is a foundational sales role with a clear path to expanded responsibility. How Success Is Measured (Scorecard) Success in this role is measured by: Consistent outbound activity (calls, conversations, follow-ups) Creation of qualified prospects (3★, 4★, and 5★ opportunities) Progression of prospects through the pipeline Engagement, responsiveness, and coachability Contribution to new customer growth Activity quality matters as much as volume.
