About The Position

As an Inside Sales Representative II here at Honeywell, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with our customers. Your role will focus on understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless sales process. You will impact the organization by contributing to revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and positioning Honeywell as a trusted partner in the industry. You will report directly to our Sr Sales Manager and you'll work out of our Honeywell location on a hybrid schedule. New employees must report in office fully for the first 90 days. This role does include travel 25-50%. The territory includes California, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Idaho, Utah, Colorado, and Arizona.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales (account management, territory sales, business development, etc)
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience selling commercial fire products or similar
  • Experience in inside sales or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in sales software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Partner alongside Regional Sales Managers and other partners to drive the sales process
  • Organize meetings with sales teams and customers
  • Prepare documents, proposals, and quotes, ensuring accuracy and detail
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with customer service, finance, account operations, and more
  • Travel up to 50%
