Position Overview As a Sales Representative in our dynamic call center, your primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to commercial prospects via cold calls and educate them on our energy services. You’ll receive thorough training and ongoing coaching to ensure success. Objective: To consistently meet and exceed established weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals, while maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where product knowledge, communication, and persistence are key. This job is responsible for selling products and services such as home security, satellite, cable, local/long distance phone service, internet, and warranty products to Business and Residential customers. Employees in this role are responsible for selling in an inbound sales call environment.
