Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; Mechanical Engineering degree preferred or compensating years of experience
  • 2 years or more of Industry-relevant professional experience
  • Knowledge in Sealing Technology; Fluid Technology; Hydraulic Systems; Plastics & Elastomer Technology
  • Experience in selling technical solutions, value engineering, and value-added solutions in the sealing industry
  • Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
  • Professional-Level English language skills preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in technical consultancy in related industries (e.g., Steel Mills, Hydraulic Cylinder Repairs, Rolling Mills) preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Enable smooth order flow: Manage the entire quoting process from RFQ to order, ensuring timely and accurate support for outdoor sales and internal coordination.
  • Be the first point of contact: Receive customer inquiries, enter them into the system, and request cost estimates from relevant departments to keep projects moving.
  • Secure competitive deals: Support account managers in pricing negotiations and lead negotiations for your own assigned accounts to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure contract accuracy: Enter new contract requests, review details in alignment with account managers, and coordinate with the Contract Management team for compliance.
  • Accelerate product adoption: Lead the sampling quoting and ordering process from RFQ through to purchase order entry, ensuring customers receive what they need quickly.
