Inside Sales Associates provide superior service to Famous Supply customers via phone, ensuring contractor customers receive the necessary materials on time to complete their jobs. Famous Supply is a family-owned wholesale distributor, established in 1933, serving contractors, builders, and remodelers in the HVAC, Plumbing, Building Products, Lighting, and Industrial/PVF segments. Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service

• Provide the products and solutions to meet customer needs
• Process and schedule customer orders
• Manage Open Orders and customer Bids
• May be asked to fill in at the Branch Counter
