About The Position

LATG, a leading Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) and Value-Added Reseller (VAR), is seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Operation Manager. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence within our inside sales organization and ensuring seamless integration and utilization of our technology stack, including Connectwise PSA and Manage, SharePoint, and other essential Microsoft tools. The successful candidate will also oversee manufacturer partnership requirements, collaborating with industry leaders such as Dell, Cisco, Fortinet, HPE, and Arista.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably within MSSP/VAR environments.
  • Expertise in Connectwise PSA and Manage platforms, including administration, configuration, and reporting.
  • Proven track record of implementing and managing SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools in a sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturer partner programs (Cisco, Fortinet, HPE, Arista) and related compliance requirements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience integrating CRM and quoting platforms with other business systems.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement technologies and automation tools.
  • Project management experience and/or certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the inside sales team, optimizing workflows and processes for maximum efficiency and accuracy.
  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Connectwise PSA and Manage platforms. Ensure all sales activities, quoting, and pipeline management are executed and tracked within these systems.
  • Lead the adoption and integration of SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel, OneDrive, etc.) to streamline communication, collaboration, and data management across the sales organization.
  • Work with Sales Executives and Pre Sales Team to drive RFP responses.
  • Manage and maintain compliance with partnering requirements for key manufacturers (Dell, Cisco, Fortinet, HPE, Arista). Coordinate program certifications, reporting, renewals, and partner communications.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to sales operations, leveraging technology to drive automation and reduce manual tasks.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into sales metrics, pipeline status, and partner compliance activities.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to sales staff on Connectwise, SharePoint, and other Microsoft tools. Act as the go-to sales team resource for operational questions and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and executive leadership to align operational strategies with business objectives.
