About The Position

As an Inside Sales Office Assistant, you will work with the Call Center’s leadership to assist in the effective coordination, organization, and communication within the department.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of customer service or similar work preferred.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while adapting to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Greet interviews and guests in the Inside Sales Space.
  • Successfully use Office Depot and Amazon ordering processes to restock resources required for effective running of the Inside Sales department.
  • Refill breakroom stock and maintain organization and cleanliness within the office.
  • Assist with the onboarding and employee orientation of Call Center employees.
  • Assist with Employee engagement activities.
  • Represent as brand ambassador for the Inside Sales department at West Shore Home.
