The Inside Sales Manager is a key position responsible for managing all aspects of the inside sales department from an operational, personnel, and sales perspective. This role involves leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets, overseeing customer pricing and quotes, maintaining accurate sales reporting, and providing coaching and mentoring to the inside sales team. The manager will also be responsible for evaluating and improving sales processes, managing complex sales negotiations, implementing metrics-driven processes, and handling performance reviews and employee development plans. Additionally, the position requires resolving interpersonal issues, scheduling and leading department meetings, reporting to senior management, and ensuring accurate data capture in the customer relationship management system.
