The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading and coaching the inside sales team in forging strong and lasting partnerships with manufactured home dealerships, manufactured home communities, and other strategic partners, including relators. In this role, you will be responsible for the following functions: Oversee as well as present training sessions via teams with new Manufactured Home (MH) partners regarding all that Tammac has to offer. (Partner Deck) Manage as well as maintain ongoing referral source relationships from partners Review marketing material for effective utilization by the Inside Sales Team Direct and oversee inbound phone calls from manufactured home partners in obtaining information on partnering with Tammac Up-to-date knowledge of constantly changing lending programs and underwriting guidelines as well as a base understanding of the loan products offered by the company Oversee the appointments made by the Inside Sales team for the Area Sales Manager as appropriate for effectiveness and efficiency Consultative selling through solicitation
