About The Position

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships, processing orders, and supporting sales growth through remote communication channels. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, promoting products, and ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to delivery.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or associate degree; bachelor’s preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in high level sales and management position
  • High-level integrity, dependability, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Able to work well with others
  • Train sales staff on inside sale process/requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to interact with Inside Sales and Senior Management Team
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing consistent inside sales process from initial quote to confirmed order to entry into ERP system to follow-through communication during procurement/manufacture of product and final shipping to customer and installation
  • Responsible for entering orders into company ERP system accurately and with appropriate detail allowing Production Control to manufacture and Purchasing to purchase parts
  • Take the lead in presenting process improvement ideas for the division to Director of Inside Sales
  • Gain and maintain solid understanding of the products offered by each Exodus Global division
  • Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, co-workers, and vendors
  • Provide environment that encourages positive employee morale along with an efficient and fun work environment to regional business managers
