We’re presenting an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Manager to lead our inbound sales team. This role is ideal for a driven and people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about coaching others to succeed. The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring customers receive quick, helpful responses while identifying and converting sales opportunities that drive revenue growth. This role works closely with Sales, Customer Success, Sales Operations, IT, Merchandising, Finance, and Marketing to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. Requirements

  • 3 -5 years of sales, inside sales, or customer-facing sales experience
  • Prior leadership or team management experience preferred
  • Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to balance service speed with sales effectiveness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills
  • Calm decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment
  • High integrity, accountability, and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing inbound sales teams or high-volume call center environments
  • Salesforce knowledge/experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Inside Sales team handling inbound calls, emails, and chats
  • Provide consistent coaching on consultative selling, discovery techniques, and solution-based selling
  • Monitor sales activity, win rates, and conversion metrics to ensure monthly and annual goals are achieved
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing development conversations
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and phone coverage to maintain strong response times
  • Support representatives in resolving complex customer issues and escalations
  • Partner with Outside Sales and Customer Success to coordinate shared leads and customer opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and IT to improve systems, workflows, and reporting
  • Monitor inbound quotes and orders to ensure timely follow-up and efficient processing
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new Inside Sales Representatives
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve inbound sales performance and customer experience
  • Assist with forecasting, reporting, and sales analysis for leadership
  • Support promotional campaigns and cross-department initiatives
