To learn more about playing for Team Aero, visit www.aeroindustries.com PURPOSE AND SCOPE The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading, optimizing, and transforming Aero’s Inside Sales function to drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and improve operational efficiency. This role combines day-to-day sales leadership with strategic transformation initiatives. The Inside Sales Manager will build a territory-aligned, technology-enabled, performance-driven team that partners closely with Outside Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Experience. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in inside sales leadership or a comparable sales management role.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing sales strategies that drive measurable growth.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales productivity tools.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Results-oriented with strong customer focus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and change-oriented mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute inside sales strategies aligned with company revenue goals.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing inside sales team to consistently meet or exceed performance metrics.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide ongoing feedback, and implement structured development plans.
  • Establish clear KPIs and accountability standards across the team.
  • Align Inside Sales resources with defined territories and Outside Sales partners.
  • Standardize processes to improve order flow, response times, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and implement technology, automation, and CRM enhancements to drive efficiency and visibility.
  • Continuously evaluate workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and improve scalability.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support lead generation, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with Operations to ensure alignment on delivery expectations and customer commitments.
  • Build strong internal relationships to support seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts and strategic prospects.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed of industry developments and competitive activity.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented team environment.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, professionalism, and customer focus.
  • Model Aero’s Leadership Framework in all areas of responsibility.
  • Support alignment of Inside Sales resources with defined sales territories and Outside Sales partners.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize processes and introduce technology or automation that improves order flow and customer responsiveness.
  • Coach and develop team members with an emphasis on skill progression, cross-functional knowledge, and long-term career growth.
