The Opportunity The Inside Sales Manager leads a team of Inside Sales Representatives responsible for executing RFQ-to-Invoice activities in support of complex B2B energy solutions across power transmission, distribution, and related markets. This role balances people leadership, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring consistent service levels, order accuracy, and a strong customer experience. This is a hands-on player/coach role ideal for a people manager who thrives in a fast-paced, transactional environment and is passionate about driving consistency, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
