About The Position

Allied Universal® is hiring a Inside Sales Manager. The Inside Sales Manager will lead a team of inbound sales representatives responsible for engaging existing security guarding clients and aligning their needs with integrated technology solutions. The High Velocity Inside Sales Manager is a leader that will drive revenue growth through consultative selling, team development, and collaboration with operations, technology, and client success teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Requirements

  • Must possess one of the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field of study
  • Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field of study with a minimum of five (5) years of inside sales leadership experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent a minimum of ten (10) years of inside sales leadership experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in inside sales leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and scale high-performing sales teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to evolving business needs in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in security technology, SaaS, or B2B technology sales
  • Exposure to integrated guarding and technology solution sales or managed services environments
  • Background in process improvement, change management, or sales enablement initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Development Build, lead, and develop a high performing inbound, inside sales team focused on qualifying and executing sale for inbound guarding clients for technology solution opportunities
  • Create a coaching culture that emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Implement structured sales training and processes to ensure consistent performance and professional growth
  • Sales Process and Performance Management Standardize a solutions sales process that exceeds service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Develop, monitor, and refine KPIs throughout the client life cycle, identify and execute process improvements, and enhance efficiency and conversion outcomes
  • Report on performance trends and provide strategic insights into leadership for continuous optimization
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment Collaborate with field sales, technology integration, guarding leadership, and client success teams to ensure solution alignment, seamless client transitions and strengthen client relationships for increased cross-sell potential
