This position will have the responsibility to own and manage the full inside sales cycle for assigned commercial accounts (including private companies doing business as prime or subcontractor to the U.S. government) from quote development, to order capture, to order execution, to customer follow-up, etc. The ISM will serve as the primary point of contact with the customer to maintain ownership of pipeline management, forecasting, and sales activity tracking. He/she will ensure pricing accuracy, margin discipline and adherence to company policies and commercial contract requirements. Collaborate closely with operations, technical resources and leadership to support deal execution and customer satisfaction.
