This role serves as the main point of contact for customers, contractors, and distribution partners, ensuring accurate order management, timely communication, and excellent service. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting both sales and logistics operations, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be highly organized.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, inside sales, logistics, or account management.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented, dependable, and professional.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for customers, contractors, and distribution partners via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Enter, track, and manage orders through ERP and CRM systems accurately.
  • Provide product information, pricing, availability, and lead times to customers.
  • Assist the sales team with quotes, proposals, and account updates.
  • Involved in Accounts Receivable and handle returns or order discrepancies.
  • Maintain open order reports, internal reports, and KPI tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
  • Generate and distribute reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Assist walk-ins and scheduled appointments at the plant.
